A single cinematic composition of the coffee journey: cherries on the branch, halved cherry, parchment bean, dried bean, green bean, roasted bean, ground coffee and a finished cup of espresso.

Our Philosophy

Coffee is more than a drink. It is an origin.

Behind every cup there is a place, a season and a family. A slope with the right altitude. Hands that know exactly which cherry is ready. A mill, a patio, a roaster who reads the bean rather than the clock.

We buy small lots directly, roast them in batches we can taste through, and tell you precisely where they came from. Nothing anonymous, nothing blended into silence.

Where Our Coffee Begins

Heirloom coffee trees with ripe red cherries in the misty highlands of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia

Our Craft

Roasted With Intention

Roasting is not a recipe, it is a conversation. We follow the bean — its density, moisture and origin — and stop the moment it says so.

  • 01Small Batches

Every roast is limited in size so profiles stay consistent, cup after cup.

  • 02Precision

Temperature curves and timing are logged to the second for each origin.

  • 03Freshness

Degassed, then sealed in valve bags within days of roasting to protect aroma.

Sustainability

Better Coffee. Better Future.

Great coffee cannot outlive the land or the people who grow it. We pay above market for quality, buy from the same farms year after year, and invest in cultivation that leaves the hillside healthier than we found it.

  • Responsible Farming

Shade-grown lots that protect soil, water and native canopy.

  • Farmer Relationships

Direct, multi-year agreements above commodity price.

  • Sustainable Cultivation

    Organic composting and rust-resistant varietals.

  • Considered Packaging

Recyclable valve bags, plastic-free outer shipping.
